The first thing I think about when planning a trip to Vegas is what do I wear? Vegas is a place where you can get away with almost anything and wear things you wouldn’t dream of wearing at home. You may have noticed that my friends and I like to coordinate outfits.. no, it’s not just coincidence, we plan this ahead of time and it seriously makes shopping and getting ready together so much more fun! Here are some tips for what to wear in Vegas:

1. Shop online, not in stores. This may be hard for people who don’t know their sizing but that’s nothing some measuring tape can’t fix. I hate wearing the same outfit as someone else so I’ll shop  online to find the most unique pieces.

2. Buy things you won’t wear at home. I wouldn’t be caught dead wearing these outfits in Vancouver, they’re way too over the top and revealing for home but in Vegas you fit right in.

3. Don’t spend a ton of money. You’ll wear these outfits once, maybe twice, so why spend a fortune.

4. Wear coordinating outfits. It would look lame and cheesy at home, but in Vegas that’s what gets you and your girls noticed.

5. Try new trends. Vegas is a place where everyone is there just to have a good time, no one is judging you for stepping a little outside your comfort zone. I like to experiment with new trends like suede dresses or mesh skirts because I know I can’t get away with that in Vancouver.

Recently I was asked if I’ll be selling any of my Vegas dresses from last year and this year; as of right now probably not, but I will be participating in a “Shop My Feed” event later this summer with more details to come.
