The Acne Studios Jensen Boots have been on my shopping list for years and after wearing my favourite black booties into the ground, I finally decided it was time to take the plunge. They are effortlessly cool and elevate any outfit. The higher price point is what stopped me from buying them sooner but they are an investment piece that will last for years to come. Whenever I’m considering a big purchase, I like to sit on it for a while. Usually after a season or two if it’s still on my list and it’s something that I think will be an improvement to my wardrobe I’ll splurge, and the Acne Jensen boots passed the test.

Since Acne doesn’t make the Jensen boots in half sizes, I ordered a 36 when I usually wear a 36.5. After doing some research I figured that the grained leather is so soft and will stretch eventually. So far I’ve worn them a couple times only for a couple hours at a time and the sides of them cut into my ankles so they still need some breaking in, but the fit is perfect. Every time I’ve ordered from Acne, the items have always arrived in 3-5 business days which is amazing considering it’s free shipping, it’s coming from Europe (and I’m in Canada) and there’s no extra fees for import duties. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with this company. My love affair with Acne Studios is endless; the perfect combination of style and quality.

How long did it take to break them in? Do they still hurt your ankles? Mine hurt so bad! lol I’m wondering how long it takes for them to be comfortable

TBH mine still hurt my toes, if they were just a half size bigger they’d be perfect but mine never cut my ankles. If that ever happens to me I just wear thicker socks tho to soften it!

    Hi!

I was wondering if it is worth buying this because I am also a 6.5 and I have been wanting these boots for so long but I don’t know if they are worth the price 😔

They’re beautiful and so stylish but mine were just so uncomfortable for me. I’m actually selling them on my Poshmark: https://posh.mk/lr6241Gukbb
