Back from a little hiatus because school and work are kicking my ass, here’s my take on jeans and a t-shirt. When I shop I look for things I could wear for years to come; classic and chic. Wearing something interesting everyday can be really difficult and sometimes I feel really uninspired. To personalize such a basic outfit, I used accessories like jackets and shoes. Ever since I bought this coat last month, I don’t think I’ve gone more than two days without wearing it. I hunted for a long single-breasted camel coat for ages and finally found this one on ASOS by a designer called Helene Berman from London. If you don’t know by now, I LOVE ASOS. Seriously, it is the best website for affordable online shopping with good quality products. This coat is a blend of wool and cashmere and is exactly what I was looking for.

I haven’t bought a pair of dark blue jeans since the early years of high school so I was hesitant to get a pair but these Paige Denim jeans completely changed my mind. The most figure-flattering blue jeans I’ve ever owned. They’re cinched at the waist so when you’re sitting or bending over there’s no gap between the jeans and your body which is something I’ve always found really annoying. Not to mention they make anyone look like they have a bum even if you don’t! My most worn outfit is jeans and a t-shirt but that can get pretty boring so I like to invest in coats and accessories to switch things up once in a while.
